Dry Skin
Numerous things can cause this – both from internal problems such as Diabetes, Psoriasis or Eczema or external issues such as exposure to very hot and dry weather.
If your skin is dry – then it needs to be moisturised – daily if possible to put the moisture back into the skin.
You can use any type of cream for this, as long as it specifies that it is a moisturising cream. Foot lotions will not do this.
Apply the cream all over your feet, with particular focus on the weight bearing areas - the heels and balls of the feet.
Try not to apply cream in between the toes as this can cause the skin to become too soggy.
